Feedback from the Director of Distributed Learning...

I spent some time discussing the concepts associated with the open source text book with the Director of Distributed Learning at my school. His comments/thoughts are summarised below:

• Must be from multiple authors
• Authors should be unpaid
• Publisher should be unpaid
• Potentially better text with multiple authors and a wider base of experience than a text with a single author
• Better access to the text via the net that with a printed/paper book.
• He imagined that it would take a similar appearance/functionality to Wikipedia

(Note: Worth noting that due to inconsistent internet usage, I am publishing multiple docs on the same day that have been built up over the last 2 weeks.)
